The references
You send recent photographs and we discuss colours, light and the desired atmosphere.
The execution
The portrait is painted in the studio in successive layers. Stages can be shared with you.
The delivery
The work is shipped by express carrier, insured, in France and abroad.
The final price depends on format and complexity. Shipping is insured; payment terms are agreed when the commission is placed.
Classical or contemporary
The classical style works on likeness and light; the contemporary style uses impasto, layering and leaves the paint visible. Most recent portraits are contemporary, because they suit today’s interiors.
What you receive
An original, one-off work, painted in oil on canvas and signed. No print, no reproduction. The portrait is delivered ready to hang, with a hanging system suited to its format.
Timing and shipping
Timing is agreed when the commission is placed. The work ships by express carrier with insurance, in France and worldwide; rigid packaging protects the painting.
