The Adventures
A lyrical counterpoint to the political painting.
The Adventures suite has accompanied the studio’s work since the 2010s: crossed landscapes, forest edges, undergrowth, coastlines. The format stays that of the easel — 100 × 80 cm — to remain close to the eye.
The forest of Fontainebleau, minutes from the studio, returns as a recurring motif: a landscape of sandstone blocks and filtered light, almost a natural mosaic.
